There are notable policy, regulatory, and market conditions that cause wide price swings in the cost of solar PV installations between states.This report uses price data from Mercatus and EnergySage to analyze solar PV pricing at the residential and non-residential level. Using data from a diverse geographic area, SEPA is able to identify specific pricing trends and the factors that most responsible for price variations.

This report uses 11,000 price data points generated across 25 states, the District of Columbia, and Puerto Rico between January 2014 and July 2015 to generate market analysis, including:
