Sharon Allan

Sharon Allan

Sharon Allan has over 30 years of experience and is an executive known for business transformation and growth. She was CEO of SGIP which merged with SEPA this past year. She is also on the Advisory Board of Enertech Capital. Previously, she was Managing Director of Accenture’s Smart Grid Practice. Other industry roles include President of Elster Integrated Solutions, Chief Knowledge Officer of Elster Electricity, as well as executive roles at ABB, and IBM. Sharon has been recognized throughout the years as a Pioneer by Smart Grid Today, Mover and Shaker by GTM (Greentech Media), Top 3 by Smart Grid News, Technology leader by NCCBI, Platts Energy, and a “Class of 2007 and Alumni” leader by World Generation. Sharon is an honors graduate from the University of Florida with a Bachelor’s of Science in Electrical Engineering and holds an MBA from Duke’s Fuqua Business School.

Chris Schroeder

Chris Schroeder

Chris joined SEPA in 2017 and currently leads SEPA’s Advisory Services team. In this role, he is responsible for helping SEPA members define a variety of programs, strategies, and solutions for distributed energy resources supporting the advancement of clean energy and modernized grid. Chris has over 20 years of management consulting experience across electric utility and renewable energy industries. Chris has also provided strategic consulting services for state regulatory proceedings, complex stakeholder facilitation services, utility tariff review and energy storage initiatives for utilities throughout North America. Chris has a Bachelor of Science in Physics and Mathematics from Willamette University and a Master of Science in Building Systems Engineering from the University of Colorado.

Ted Davidovich

Manager, Utility Planning

Ted Davidovich

Ted is SEPA’s Manager, Utility Planning and is responsible for helping SEPA members develop strategic and operational plans that will help with the integration of distributed resources. Prior to joining SEPA, Ted spent 35 years at Allegheny Energy in various positions, most recently in the Corporate Development and Strategic Planning areas with a focus on renewable energy, rates and regulation and generation planning.

He has an associate’s degree in electrical engineering technology from Penn State and a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Pittsburgh.

Robert Tucker

Robert Tucker

Robert Tucker is a Principal Consultant in the Advisory Services group at SEPA. Robert has provided consulting and technology solutions to both utility and energy industry clients on a broad range of topic.Robert Tucker is an energy industry professional with 25 years of experience helping utilities and energy companies solve complex problems. Robert has extensive experience in energy industry technology sales and marketing as well as business consulting and technology implementation. Specific skills include sales and marketing, software product marketing and management, business and IT consulting, and project delivery all with an energy and utility industry focus. Robert has helped clients with a wide range of business and technology solutions including leveraging software and hardware solutions to solve complex business problems or to enable enterprise transformations required to address changing market conditions or regulatory changes. Robert has also participated in multiple mergers and acquisitions with both energy utilities and software vendors.   At SEPA he develops solutions, defines project scope and deliverables, and leads engagements to meet clients’ objectives.

Robert co-leads SEPA’s consulting engagement with the D.C. Public Service Commission facilitating the grid modernization (MEDSIS) initiative in the District.

Robert earned his BS in Mechanical Engineering from NC State University and his Masters in Environmental Engineering from Johns Hopkins University.

Jared Leader

Manager, Advisory Services

Jared Leader

Jared Leader is in the Advisory Services group at SEPA. In his role he researches and develops strategic plans for programs, products, and services that will drive integration of distributed energy resources, non-wires alternatives and microgrids into utility resource portfolios and business operations.

Jared is the staff lead for SEPA’s Microgrid Working Group and co-leads SEPA’s consulting engagement with the D.C. Public Service Commission facilitating the grid modernization (MEDSIS) initiative in the District.

Prior to joining SEPA, Jared spent three years as a consultant at Arcadis US. Jared was responsible for the design, implementation, and management of several environmental programs for both municipal and commercial clients in the energy and water sectors.

Jared earned his BS in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Virginia and is currently earning his MS in Energy Policy and Climate from Johns Hopkins University.

Harry Cutler

PMO Consultant of Advisory Services

Harry Cutler

Harry is the PMO Consultant on the Advisory Services team at SEPA. In this role, he manages and executes the delivery of products, programs and services to utility and energy industry clients to facilitate the integration of distributed energy resources and grid modernization.

Since joining SEPA in 2017, Harry has worked on several important organization initiatives developing his project management skills and becoming proficient at utilizing resources across the organization.

Prior to joining SEPA, Harry graduated from Texas Tech University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Global Studies.
