2018 United Kingdom Executive Fact Finding Mission October 14 - 19, 2018 5 Days United Kingdom Overview Registration Registration The registration fee for this mission is US $4,495. Registration includes hotel, transportation, meeting expenses, group cultural activities, breakfasts and some meals. Not included in the registration fee is airfare, transportation to and from the airports and non-group meals, expenses and activities. Guest Registration We are offering a guest track parallel to the Executive Mission. This track would include participation in a few of the group networking and cultural events of the mission and optional day trips that can be arranged through a local destination management company (separate fees apply based on the activity). This participation will be at an additional cost of US $975.00 and includes double occupancy with the executive mission delegate, breakfast, welcome and farewell reception and dinners as well as intra-country travel. Guests are limited to adults over the age of 21. Cancellation Policy Up to May 31, 2018: full refund minus $50.00 processing fee. June 1 – July 20: 50% of the registration fee is returned minus $50.00 processing fee. After July 20, 2018: not eligible for refund. Substitutions Substitutions of executive delegates are permitted subject to approval of SEPA. All cancellation and substitution requests must be submitted within the form below.
