Cancellation and Substitution Policy

All conference and workshop registration purchases are non-refundable. Substitutions by another colleague or co-worker from the same company may be allowed but are subject to approval by SEPA. You may designate a substitute, in writing, to rhenderson@sepapower.org, until May 25th, so long as that written notice receives a confirmation from staff in writing.

Sharing of attendee badges is not permitted.

Photograph, Audio, and Video recording disclaimer

The Transactive Energy Systems Conference intends to photograph, audio record, and/or video record our sessions and other activities. Registrants for this conference agree that the Smart Electric Power Alliance (SEPA) or Gridwise Architecture Council (GWAC) may make use of all such photographs and recordings for promotional and advertising uses. In addition, this event is open to the media, and speakers and attendees may be filmed or photographed by media sources. They may be approached for interviews, both printed and electronic, and attendees should make their own choice as to whether to participate in such.

*Government/Academic/Nonprofit registrants are asked to register using their .edu, .gov, or .org email addresses.
