Cancellation and Substitution Policy

Registration Cancellation
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to events@sepapower.org. The time-stamped date will be considered the date of cancellation request if the cancellation falls on a deadline. All cancellations are subject to a $50 processing fee.

On or before May 24, 2019: Full refund, minus processing fee of $50.00

May 25 – June 21, 2019: 50% refund, minus processing fee

June 22 and beyond: Not eligible for refund

Substitutions
Substitutions by another colleague or co-worker from the same company may be allowed but are subject to approval by SEPA. You may designate a substitute, in writing, to events@sepapower.org., until July 19, 2019, so long as that written notice receives a confirmation from Summit staff in writing.
Sharing or swapping of attendee badges is not permitted.

Photograph, Audio, and Video Recording Disclaimer
The Grid Evolution Summit intends to photograph, audio record, and/or video record our sessions and other activities. Registrants for this conference agree that the Smart Electric Power Alliance (SEPA) may make use of all such photographs and recordings for promotional and advertising uses. In addition, this event is open to the media, and speakers and attendees may be filmed or photographed by media sources. They may be approached for interviews, both printed and electronic, and attendees should make their own choice as to whether to participate in such.

*To receive discounted registration to the 2019 Grid Evolution Summit, you must be a member in good standing on the date of the event. If your membership lapses between your registration and the Summit, you will be asked to either re-join SEPA or pay the difference between your member discount and the full price registration.
