Find Out What You Missed in 2018 and Get Ready for 2019.

Before the conference, attendees participated in workshops that took a deep look at electric vehicles and green tariffs; meanwhile, other attendees took a more hands-on approach and went on site to learn more about Southern California Edison’s fuel cell partnership with Walmart and Bloomenergy. After, attendees kicked off the conference with two hours of networking at the opening reception.

Day One

Attendees started their day with a one-on-one chat with Mary Kipp, CEO of El Paso Electric, about her utility’s path to grid modernization and clean energy for her service territory. After, attendees collaborated in educational sessions focused on practical solutions to their day-to-day clean energy and grid modernization challenges. Utility attendees also made new connections and exchanged ideas in over 4 hours of dedicated networking time.

Day Two

On the last day of Utility Conference, attendees collaborated with solution providers in role-playing sessions to find solutions to real-world challenges and crises. Next, all conference attendees came together to learn from the greatest achievements in utility clean energy in 2017. The afternoon was all about the utilities as we said goodbye to our solution providers and utilities entered closed sessions to talk shop about what they can do to advance clean energy and grid modernization in their service territories.
