Utilities Only 

Registration is limited to employees of regulated investor owned utilities, municipal utilities, electric cooperatives, federal power authorities, regional transmission operators and independent system operators. Due to regulatory concerns, employees of deregulated utility entities are not permitted to attend unless they are participating as a solution provider.

Cancellation and Substitution Policy

Cancellation

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to events@sepapower.org. The time-stamped or postmarked date will be considered the date of cancellation request if the cancellation falls on a deadline. All cancellations are subject to a $50 processing fee.

On or before March 13, 2020:   Full refund, minus processing fee of $50.00

March 14 – April 1, 2020:   50% refund, minus processing fee

April 1, 2020 and after: Not eligible for refund (substitutions considered)

Substitutions

Substitutions by another colleague or co-worker are allowed but are subject to approval by SEPA. Substitutions must be submitted in writing to events@sepapower.org.
