This bulletin provides a quarterly snapshot of the top 10 utilities’ activities during the second quarter of 2013. From January 2012 through June 2013 cumulative capacity rose from below 1 gigawatt (GW) to just over 3 GW. Despite the steady growth, the solar development pipeline has been highly variable.
