Workshops Stress Test Your Strategy 3-Part Virtual Workshop Series Postponed – check back later this summer for new dates. Sign up for updates below. Registration for the Stress Test Your Strategy workshop is limited to employees of regulated investor-owned and municipal utilities, electric cooperatives, federal power authorities, and ISO/RTO employees. Are you ready to successfully, and smoothly guide your utility through the transition to a carbon-free energy system? SEPA has partnered with CFP Innovation to create an interactive, virtual bootcamp for senior employees from progressive electric utilities who need the skills, resources, and collaborative network to guide their organizations through the carbon reduction transition. We do this by convening thought leaders like yourself into small intimate networking groups to ‘stress test’ these challenges with experienced instructors and thought-provoking subject matter experts so you’ll be prepared for ‘what if’ scenarios, rather than reacting on the fly. Unlike other training, this program focuses on addressing the challenges that you need to surmount to accelerate your organization’s transition, not pushing one-size-fits-all change management tactics that you won’t be able to apply. Describe current challenges facing utilities related to carbon reduction priorities Understand contingency planning Lead contingency planning efforts at their organizations Potential solutions to address current organizational issues This is a 3-part virtual workshop series to be held on June 8, 15 and 22, 2022 from 12:30 pm – 3:30 pm ET each day.
