Update on Orange Button℠ Kickoff Meeting

The Orange Button Kickoff meeting was held on July 13, at the Intercontinental Hotel in San Francisco. SGIP with partner SEIA, SunSpec Alliance, NREL, kWh Analytics participated in a panel discussion about Orange Button.

In addition, the Orange Button team held their first face-to-face meetings on July 14th in the Wells Fargo Office Space in downtown San Francisco. These meetings included all day sessions for the five Orange Button working groups including: Deployment, Solar O&M, Financial, Grid Integration, and Real Estate. For more details click here.

OpenFMB™ In-Person Meeting

This OpenFMB face-to-face meeting was held on June 29th and 30th at Hitachi’s facilities in Englewood, CO. The OpenFMB in-person meeting focused on use case work sessions, developing an online code repository and information hub, and preparing for the live OpenFMB demonstration during the Vendor Expo at SGIP’s 2016 Grid Modernization Summit in November.
