This quarterly bulletin includes information about nine projects in California, North Carolina, and Arizona that totaled 310 MW. Two out of the nine projects were utility-owned while the remaining were power purchase agreements.

This issue also includes solar pricing information in partnership with Navigant for both photovoltaic (PV) and concentrated solar power (CSP) technologies recorded through the first quarter of 2013. Other PV pricing information includes installed costs ($/watt), component costs, and state-level prices ranges (¢/kWh).
