Hybrid USBMs are a new wrinkle recently identified by EPRI and SEPA as part of a larger collaborative effort to track and evaluate existing utility business model proposals and programs for adopting solar PV.

This joint effort has thus far categorized 89 USBMs throughout the United States and benchmarked the specific elements of their design in a comprehensive database.
