The photovoltaic (PV) incentive program survey was designed to obtain responses from residential consumers who installed solar, including: demographics, pre-installation motivations and sources of information, the installation process and utility interconnection experience, post-installation satisfaction, maintenance, and customer support, and financial considerations.
