Weston comes from a consulting background, where he supported utility DER program design and evaluation, emergency preparedness exercises, and energy resilience projects for a strategic and technical consultancy. He has also served in roles related to utility tracking and energy benchmarking, energy efficiency and renewable energy programs, sustainable product procurement, and demand-side management. He has a MA, Energy and Environment and a BA, Environmental Science from Boston University. Follow Weston LinkedIn Adib Nasle Adib Nasle is the inventor of real-time power analytics for mission-critical electrical power distribution networks. In 2018 he co-founded Xendee and currently serves as their CEO. He has also worked with multiple organizations in computer applications for power and energy. This has included the design and development of a predictive energy management system for the National Airspace System Critical Infrastructure. Adib holds 28 U.S. and international patents in the areas of electrical power system design, optimization, and capacity assessment. At Boston Consulting Group (BCG), Lulu directed teams on high-impact projects for major utility, mining, and oil & gas companies. Currently, as Director of Customer Success at Xendee, she collaborates closely with customers to optimize their microgrid designs and develop EV infrastructure solutions. Lulu brings a strong engineering and business background to her role, ensuring cutting-edge, sustainable energy solutions for clients. Follow Lulu LinkedIn Jared Leader Senior Director, Research & Industry Strategy | Resilience Jared joined SEPA in 2017. In his role, he develops strategic plans for programs, products, and service offerings for utility and industry stakeholder members and clients that facilitate the integration of distributed energy resources, non-wires alternatives and microgrids onto the modern grid. Jared leads SEPA’s Microgrids Working Group and co-led D.C. Public Service Commission’s grid modernization working groups. Prior to joining SEPA, he spent several years working as an environmental engineer and consultant for utility, municipal and commercial clients in the energy and water sectors. He has a MS, Energy Policy and Climate from Johns Hopkins University, and a BS in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Virginia.
