With this in mind, we are offering flexibility to executive attendees given the changing nature of COVID-19 pandemic restrictions.If you have registered for the 2022 Executive Mission to Australia, and are unable to travel to due to circumstances outside of your control including, but not limited to, doctor or public health official’s orders, organizational travel restrictions, or you feel uncomfortable with making the journey, you may cancel your registration and apply the funds to a future SEPA event of your choice.Mission cancellation requests must be sent via email to [email protected], and please include any formal travel restriction notifications in your request. Cancellations must be requested before 5 p.m. ET on Friday, September 9, 2022.Guest RegistrationWe are offering a guest track parallel to the Executive Mission. This track would include participation in a group networking and cultural events of the mission. This participation will be at an additional cost of USD $1,200 and includes double occupancy with the executive mission delegate, breakfast, welcome and farewell reception and dinners as well as intra-country travel. Guests are limited to adults over the age of 21. SubstitutionsSubstitutions of executive delegates are permitted subject to the approval of SEPA. All cancellation and substitution requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected].Travel RequirementsCOVID-19 SafetyAll participants must meet the COVID requirements of the host country at the time of the mission. These requirements are likely to include proof of vaccination and a recent negative COVID test. We will continue to monitor the situation and update participants with any changes. Entry RequirementsAll participants must have a passport valid for 3 months beyond the trip arrival date. In addition, visitors must obtain a Visa to enter Australia. Visitors from the United States can participate in the Electronic Travel Requirement Visa (ETA) which is easily completed online. Find more details on entry.
