In this role, Skip focuses on defining a strategic business path for our SaaS products and providing superb customer support, while leveraging what makes our software vital. Skip has spent his career finding ways to make renewable and environmental solutions economically attractive to the energy industry. Starting his career at Soane Energy, Skip developed environmental remediation technologies for large oil and gas producers. Upon joining Clean Power Research in 2012, Skip lead product management for the company’s nascent SolarAnywhere® product, growing the business over several years from a single, data-oriented product to a family of irradiance data and intelligence solutions, includingFleetView®andSystemCheck®. Skip holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California San Diego. April Bolduc President, S Curve Strategies April Bolduc is president of S Curve Strategies and works with utilities and states across the U.S. developing and implementing electric vehicle infrastructure, partnership and outreach strategies. Her holistic approach to transportation electrification program development is her key to success as she ensures all internal and external stakeholders are moving in step toward strategic growth. Prior to forming S Curve Strategies April lead San Diego Gas & Electric’s electric vehicle customer engagement team. S Curve Strategies is a certified women-owned business and member of the Smart Electric Power Alliance’s EV Working Group. April has been driving electric since 2011. Katie Sloan Director, eMobility and Building Electrification, Southern California Edison Rusty Haynes Senior Manager, Research & Industry Strategy, SEPA Rusty joined SEPA in 2020 and currently serves as Senior Manager of Research and Industry Strategy. He works with utilities and industry partners on numerous projects that encourage industry innovation, expand customer choice and reduce carbon emissions. He also serves as staff lead for SEPA’s Customer Programs Working Group and coordinates responses to research requests from SEPA’s 1,000+ members. Prior to joining SEPA, Rusty served as research manager at EQ Research, where he analyzed legislative and regulatory developments relevant to solar, battery storage, EVs and other DERs for U.S. industry clients. He also served as manager of the DSIRE project — a prominent public compilation of financial incentives and state policies supporting clean energy — at N.C. State University.
