Brad joined SEPA in 2015 as Manager of Executive Affairs and moved to the Membership Team in 2016. In this role, Brad recruits new organizations into SEPA’s community and ensures that current members are getting value from their membership with SEPA.

Prior to joining SEPA, Brad worked at the Harvard School of Public Health in Boston and for Rep. Emanuel Cleaver from Missouri on Capitol Hill. Brad has a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Dickinson College in Pennsylvania.

In his spare time, Brad is an avid traveler and photographer. He lives with his wife in Arlington.

Charisse Raysor

Charisse Raysor

Charisse joined SEPA in 2013. As manager of member services, she leads all administrative components of membership. She’s accountable for developing and implementing procedures to ensure accuracy of membership records including member engagement, trends, and overall integrity. Prior to SEPA, Charisse served as Membership & Sponsorship Account Manager for the National Cooperative Business Association (NCBA). She also held the position of Membership Specialist for the National Association of County and City Health Officials (NACCHO).

Charisse brings more than 15 years of membership services experience to SEPA.

Spencer Schecht

Spencer joined SEPA in November 2017 as an internal advocate for the continuous improvement of the SEPA member experience.

Prior to his work at SEPA, Spencer spent two years at the DC Sustainable Energy Utility helping some of the largest institutions in the nation’s capital adopt energy efficiency measures. He has also worked within teams at The World Bank and The Natural Resource Defense Council around renewable energy and climate change mitigation.

In his spare time Spencer can be found slapping the bass and enjoying pricey ice cream.

Tom joined SEPA as a Membership Associate in 2017. In addition to managing SEPA’s membership database and serving as a point of contact for SEPA members, he assists in the procurement of potential member and sponsor leads among other business development functions that help drive SEPA’s growth.

He graduated from The George Washington University in May of 2017 where he studied International Affairs with a focus on Economics and Business. He garnered his interest in the clean energy sector through observing disparities in resource endowments, technology and energy policy around the world. Hailing from Newton, MA, he spends much of his free time as a shameless Crossfitter and New England sports fan.
