2023 Denmark Executive Fact Finding Mission June 4 - 9, 2023 Copenhagen, Aarhus, and Skive, Denmark Overview Registration Registration The registration fee for this mission is US $5,000. Registration includes: Hotel stays Networking events & meetings Most Meals Group transportation via bus and ferry Cancellation and Substitution Policy Please note that cancellation requests should be made through the registration form below. Cancellations must be requested before 5 PM ET on Tuesday, April 4. Executive substitutions are subject to the approval of SEPA and requests should be made through the registration form below prior to 5 PM ET on Friday, May 19th. Guest Registration We are offering a guest track parallel to the Executive Mission. This participation will be at an additional cost of USD $1,200 and includes double-occupancy with the mission delegate, breakfasts, group networking activities and cultural events, welcome and farewell receptions and dinners, as well as intra-country travel. Guests are limited to adults over the age of 21. COVID-19 Policy All participants must meet the COVID requirements of Denmark and the European Union at the time of the mission. These requirements may include proof of vaccination or a recent negative COVID test. We will keep participants updated on any requirements or changes.
