DELTa also includes illustrative examples of related changes to utility service rules for large-load customers.What types of tariffs are included?We include pending, approved, and effective electric utility tariffs designed to manage contemporary issues related to large-load non-residential customers, along with selected examples of service rules and formal utility policies designed for similar purposes. Customer applicability varies by tariff or service rule and may include business type (e.g., data center, cryptocurrency mining), monthly load threshold (kW or MW), load factor, and/or other characteristics. What types of utilities are included?We aim to provide a comprehensive database of U.S. investor-owned utility tariffs for large-load customers. We also include selected tariffs developed by public power, distribution cooperative, and generation and transmission-only (G&T) utilities.How often is DELTa updated?DELTa is a living resource that SEPA and NCCETC aim to update quarterly, due to rapid industry evolution.
